Yard regrading, lot leveling and building pads.
5.0 49 Google reviewsShaped so the rain runs off
Most standing water in a Lowcountry yard comes down to the grade: the ground slopes the wrong way, or it was never shaped after the build. We reshape it so rain runs where it should.
For builders, we cut and fill lots to plan, set pads and finish grade for the next crew.
What’s included
- Rough and finish grade
- Yard regrading for drainage
- Lot leveling and pad preparation
- Fill dirt and topsoil brought in and spread
- Seeding and erosion mats on slopes

In their own words
“…He corrected the grade of our yard and now when it rains instead of a pond our run-off actually runs off how it should. Thank you again!”
Matthew M.
“…After removing 29 trees (different company), I needed my backyard graded and seeded. Grading involved getting 10 truckloads of dirt and another 3 of top soil. Andrews prices beat out the competition and he did a fantastic job!…”
Steven K.“Andrew is a professional and did an incredible job regrading our yard.”

Good questions
Why does my yard hold water after it rains?
Usually the ground slopes toward the house or toward a low spot with nowhere to drain. Regrading gives the water a path out; where grading alone won't do it, we add drains.
How much will my job cost?
Every lot is different, so the price depends on the job. Call or text a few photos and we'll get you a free estimate.
