“I'd give 6 stars if I could! Andrew at Top Grade Services was an absolute professional from start to finish. Unlike three other companies we tried to call, he actually answered the phone and scheduled a meeting with us the very next day. He provided a quote the same day and had the entire job completed by the end of the week! His pricing was incredibly fair, and he went above and beyond to make sure our 3/4-mile-long driveway was properly graded, refreshed and the new gravel was laid perfectly where needed. He showed up early, finished early, and was not only efficient but also kind, polite, and most importantly, communicative throughout the entire process. If you want your project done right, he's your man. Highly recommend!”

“Just wanted to take a moment and say how easy Andrew made this process for us. With his suggestions it was clear that he had the experience and knowledge out matched anyone else I called. He corrected the grade of our yard and now when it rains instead of a pond our run-off actually runs off how it should. Thank you again!”

“We had to grade down a small hill left behind after removing a dying tree and then move another smaller one. From the first meeting with Andrew to the finish of our little project it was just a few days! He listened to what we needed and delivered exactly what was requested. He and his team were on time, cleaned everything up nicely, and were reasonably priced. We will refer him to any of our friends and neighbors if asked (because you know there are some that you would rather not) without hesitation. What a refreshing experience!”

“From start to finish Top Grade Services was exactly what I was hoping for in a company to fill my grading and landscaping needs. I cannot say enough positive things about Andrew and the work he did for us. Before the work started he not only showed up on time for my walk-through and quote but he came back a day or so later to confirm a few other things to ensure what he was pricing and planning was accurate – other companies missed their day for a quote. The project had a lot of moving parts and it turns out I would need a retaining wall too. Andrew has professional connections and puts me in contact with another company that I would also ask for a bid and I eventually used. It was a huge time saver that Andrew and the other company were in constant contact so I did not have to be a messenger or go-between when they had to coordinate something. I priced this out to multiple contractors and Andrew was by far the best price for the services I requested. This was my first significant yard project and Andrew was patient and willing to work with me on all aspects of the planning and execution. During the tree removal and grading we had a lot of rain and there were days work couldn’t be performed. Rather than wondering if anyone was showing up, Andrew would call or text me to keep me aware of the schedule. There was an issue that was no fault of Andrew’s and he came over early on a Saturday morning to try and help me fix it and I can’t thank him enough. Andrew is a man of his word and was a pleasure to work with. If you have any doubts on who to go with, tell Andrew you read this this review and ask him to give you my number, I’m happy to help him out anytime.”

“These guys really get to work! We used their excavation services to rip some old metal fencing and stumps out. Called up Andrew and he was out within a few days. Him and Elliot got all of the fence and stumps up. Also made sure to backfill the holes and clean up without leaving my yard a huge mess. Good dudes and great work”

“Professional service with fair pricing and a friendly crew. I greatly appreciate how clearly Andrew communicated detailed aspects of each project - from landscaping the backyard to cutting a dozen trees and removing stumps to installing our new fence. I have referred many friends and neighbors now with similar experiences. Will definitely use Top Grade again!”
